Beautiful End of Spring Evening

The winters here in Vegas are always fairly lovely. We do quite a bit of playing outside, but we're usually wearing jackets and huddling together a bit as the wind chills us. Which is fine. But after the winter chilly-ness starts to fade and before the very un-lovely temperatures of summer start to climb, we happily enjoy our long spring.

Spring lasts roughly from February through May and there's not much that can beat it. (The ocean can beat it.) We don't have any outside furniture excepting a few old barstools, but somehow we find ourselves milling around outside anyway, sitting wherever we can to watch the children play.

I suppose I could fix the problem of 'no outside furniture' but unfortunately I'm much better at dreaming something up than about getting something done. So, I'm still dreaming about that.

The kids don't care much about the furniture. In fact, I doubt they've even noticed that there isn't a comfortable place to sit.

They're too busy playing.

And sweet little Liza has a comfortable place to sit wherever she goes.

Stick around, spring, for as long as you possibly can.
